Today I did not want to go to the gym, I was tired and just wanted to sleep, but I forced myself to go because I knew I would be happy if I went. Then after my workout, I felt so much better; I was much more energized and ready to face the day ahead of me. It was so worth it. I am happy that I forced myself to go today. Motivation to go to the gym is sometimes hard to find, but it is easier to tell yourself to go if you get into a routine. I encourage everyone to get up and go for a walk, run, or go to the gym because you feel so much better after you do.
